Conference on Summarizing the Emulation and Commendation Work of Emulation Cluster No. 10 for the 2024–2025 Academic Year 05-07-2025

Recently, Emulation Cluster No. 10 under the Ministry of Industry and Trade held a conference to review the emulation and commendation work for the 2024–2025 academic year. The event provided an opportunity for member units to reflect on their achievements, share experiences in directing and implementing emulation movements, and discuss orientations for the upcoming academic year.

The official conference took place on the afternoon of July 4, with the participation of representatives from five units under Emulation Cluster No. 10. The agenda included reviewing emulation activities from the past year, evaluating emulation titles, electing the Cluster Head and Deputy Head for the 2025–2026 academic year, and signing the emulation agreement for the new term.

On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the conference was attended by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Yên, Senior Officer of the Personnel Department, and Ms. Trịnh Diệu Quỳnh, Officer of the Personnel Department. Representatives from Cluster No. 10 included: Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, Electric Power University, University of Economics - Technology for Industries, and Hanoi University of Industry.

At the conference, the Cluster Head for the 2024–2025 academic year (Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City) presented the summary report on emulation and commendation. It announced the evaluation results for all five member units. Over the past academic year, the units had actively implemented emulation activities in accordance with regulations and closely aligned with their registered goals. Based on evaluation criteria, task performance, and achievement levels, the Cluster Head consolidated and reviewed the emulation scores of each unit to propose appropriate commendation forms.

The conference also provided time for delegates to discuss, evaluate, and honor the most outstanding unit leading the Cluster's emulation movement for the 2024–2025 academic year. With a consensus, the Cluster recommended that the Ministry of Industry and Trade submit proposals to the competent authorities for awarding the Government's Emulation Flag, the Ministry's Emulation Flag, and the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Industry and Trade to exemplary collectives.

Notably, during the conference, members of the Cluster unanimously elected the Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry as the new Cluster Head of Emulation Cluster No. 10, Ministry of Industry and Trade, for the 2025–2026 academic year. The Electric Power University was elected as the Deputy Head.

In her acceptance speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Thị Hồng Ánh, Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, expressed her gratitude to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and member units for their trust. She affirmed her commitment to fostering unity and effectively implementing the emulation tasks to achieve excellent results in the coming year.

Concluding the conference, all member units signed the emulation agreement for the 2025–2026 academic year with a strong spirit of determination and responsibility, striving to accomplish their political and professional missions, thereby enhancing the overall performance of Emulation Cluster No. 10 – Ministry of Industry and Trade
